On March 30th , the Captain’s Library reopened with a new family oriented menu for the summer. It will allow explorers to regain strength after a busy day at Disneyland® Paris!

A UNIQUE ATMOSPHERE AT THE HOTEL EXPLORERS

The Captain’s Library, with its pirate theme, offers a meal with your family or for two in a unique setting! The Explorers hotel’s “à la carte” restaurant will take you straight to Sir Archibald’s private library in an intimate atmosphere. Will you dare take the plunge and embark with our crew for a new journey into the realm of senses?

A NEW MENU TO DISCOVER

To level-up to the heights of Disneyland® Paris 25th anniversary, our chef decided to create a new menu with many homemade dishes! You will be able to discover our new specialties every evening from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Explorers Hotel Captain’s Library. These dishes are made with fresh and seasonal products. After a nice day in the Disney® parks, why not take advantage of one of the many refreshing salads, which you can even choose in XXL format for the most gourmands (+ 4 €)! But maybe you’d prefer to start with an appetizer such as an assortment of tapas that will take you straight to America! What to delight the taste buds of every gourmand family member.

Or maybe you’d rather choose a delicious hamburger and its grilled extra bacon. To finish your meal in style, let yourself be carried away by a tasty dessert. Try this year’s new flavors for your icecream: pistachio, mango, lemon … But if like Sir Archibald you preder chocolate, let us tempt you with our Gourmet cup: vanilla ice cream brownies, pieces of chocolate, a cheesecake, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Don’t worry, you’ll find the perfect dish to please your palate at the Explorers Hotel!
