Explorers Hotel: Unbelievable but true, a mermaid has just set up her quarters on our boat ! - Explorers Hotel at Disneyland Paris

You won’t believe it! As we were navigating to new adventures, we heard a Mermaid singing of the Explorers Hotel. Without thinking, we were guided by the sound of her voice. Her song was amazing. The Captain changed tack to find her and we came so close to her that we were able to talk with her. With a smile on her face, she told us: « I was singing and hoping your boat would come to me. I have always dreamt about meeting sailors from all over the world to help them discover the freedom I feel when I swim across the oceans! Would you let me come aboard?».
Our crew were really happy to let her call at the Explorers Hotel. And we are pleased to help you meet her during June.

Two dates to remember in June, only at the Explorers Hotel

You dream about meeting our Mermaid, then you should note these two events coming at the Explorers Hotel:
– Wednesday 6th June: The Mermaid awaits you from 9am at the Aquapark. She will pose with you for unique photos. Your friends and families won’t believe it! Then she will share with you her beauty secrets and teach you how to make up like a Mermaid.
 
– Sunday 10 June: You have always dreamt about swimming across the oceans like a Mermaid? Then you should come to the aquapark for an “aqua-mermaid lesson” at 11am (duration: one hour).

Conditions to take part in the Mermaid lesson

The lesson is open to children from 8-years old, as well as to adults, all you need is to be able to swim. The lesson can only be booked by the hotel residents.
Of course, the lesson is open to little girls but also little boys. The mermaid will also give a fin to the children who prefer learning how to swim like her friends from the oceans, the sharks!
Price for the lesson is 29€ per person, rental of the mermaid tail, shark fin and monofin is included. Just take a towel with you, and maybe swimming goggles. If you have not brought your own towels, these can be hired for 2€ each at the aquapark.
Particpation in the lesson is only possible upon registration and places are limited (10 people max)! So don’t wait until the last moment before booking.

Pictures will be taken during the lesson by « Paradis Sirene Staff » and you will be able to download them after the lesson to keep a great souvenir of this unique experience.
 
The Mermaid has already told us that she enjoys spending time at the Explorers Hotel and that she would be delighted to come back in the future. We will just need to call her when we hear her song again off the coasts.
