The Captain’s Library, the restaurant close to Disneyland Paris located at the Explorers Hotel, has renewed its menu for the summer and offers you this year again, delicious dishes to enjoy with family or friends in a unique setting … which is none other than the famous Captain’s Library!

The menu of the Explorers “à la carte” restaurant is renewed for tasty spring and summer dishes. Open every evening during the season, it welcomes you from 6 to 10 pm, without a reservation. Discover the brand new menu.
 
Find the classic salads again like the Caesar and Niçoise salads. The famous Explorers salad has been rethought and is now composed of a green salad, a julienne of ham and cheese, tomatoes, boiled egg and croutons. Summer essentials are also present such as a refreshing dish of melon or a millefeuille of tomatoes and Buffalo mozzarella … to enjoy to your heart’s content! The intimate and cosy atmosphere of our restaurant close to Disneyland Paris makes it the perfect place to relax with the family after a day in the parks.
 
Meat lovers will also be spoiled with the arrival of an assortment of deli meats composed of cured ham, country Terrine and rillettes, garlic sausage, chorizo, cheese and even crispy garlic croutons. This year, also discover the sirloin served with french fries, vegetables of the day, tomatoes and a Bearnaise sauce. You will feast on it! Treat yourself to the Mix Grill or delicious slices of chicken stuffed with mushrooms and candied tomato served with risotto and vegetables. Finally, enjoy one of our burgers. But… will you be able to make a choice between the classic Cheeseburger and the Chicken Burger?
 
Several fish dishes are also to be found in our restaurant close to Disneyland® Paris, including a succulent sea bream with risotto and several condiments. Then, let yourself be tempted with our marinated piece of salmon with dill and shallots, served with a risotto and vegetables.
 
The most gourmet of explorers will finish their dinner with a well-deserved sweet touch! From the traditional chocolate lava cake to the tart tatin crumble, and by the way of a Gourmet Coffee or Tea, you will find everything you are looking for at the Captain’s Library restaurant. Feel like fruit and freshness? Try our mango carpaccio or enjoy a fruity ice-cream!
 

The Explorers hotel adapts to its customers

 
Many new products have appeared in our restaurant close to Disneyland Paris in order to adapt to different and changing demands. We are aware of the growing number of food allergies and intolerances and for this we offer a selection of gluten-free dishes in our restaurant so that everyone can fully appreciate his dinner in the magnificent library of the Captain. Caesar, Niçoise and Explorers salads, meat and fish dishes and even pasta have been restyled to perfectly comply with the special diets of our pirates! Some desserts like the chocolate lava cake or a cup of fresh fruits will allow you to finish your meal on a delicate gluten-free note.
 
In addition, to improve the communication with all our customers, a new map especially designed for children has been added to the traditional menu of our restaurant close to Disneyland Paris. Playful and entertaining at the same time, it will introduce you to our children’s menu: “The Sailor’s Feast” which is composed of dishes hugely popular with our little sailors such as lasagna bolognese, chicken nuggets served with french fries and salad, little fish fingers, the Pirate burger etc.
 
The Explorers hotel also has an all-you-can-eat restaurant, La Plantation, which offers a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products every evening. This restaurant is open all year round from 7am to 10:30am for breakfast (the continental breakfast is offered with each reservation) and every evening from 6pm to 10:30pm for dinner. Finally, Marco’s Pizza welcomes you throughout the year from 5am to 11pm and has also recently renewed its menu.
